Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Facial Treatments

Facial treatments and services are non-refundable once performed. Please refer to our Facial Treatment Policy for appointment and cancellation information.
